Cyclopes are creatures about 30 feet tall.
One of them was in the courtyard of Castle Shadowgate. Jairen stunned him with a slingshot, and then has the option to kill him with his sword.

Cyclops appear in a number of the comics.
The Cyclops does not appear in Shadowgate Classic Mobile or Shadowgate (2014). His room is replaced with the The Drawbridge room.
Jair runs into a goblin in Shadowgate 2014 in the next room. But only needs to knock him out with a punch, and then the choice of stabbing him similar to the cyclops.
